so we got to pick our gym class this year...i picked personal fitness. it is SUPPOSED to be yoga, pilates, and cardio every once in awhile. i have it second semester, and everyone who is taking it now is saying how they do cardio every other day. i hate running. i hate running more than moms who hate dieting. it just doesnt work for me. wish me luck trying to switch that class to dual sports. please mrs. miller? I BEG OF YOU.
