dream job

all i have been doing lately is looking at colleges. like come on, i need to bring my gpa up! its getting there though, just slowly. my advanced composition essay is waiting to be typed, and for some reason its not typing itself. anyways, i have been doing tons of research and digging on www.seventeen.com . im ready for the nyc. i have looked up the video on where seventeen gives you tips to become an intern there. i think i have a lot of potential...hopefully.

the social network

some people may think that facebook is just a way to creep and talk to your friends, at least thats what i thought. when i went to see The Social Network with trey and nick, it blew my mind away. despite the rumors that said it was over-exaggerated (which come on, what movie isnt?), it was pretty up to par from what i know. first of all, mark zuckenburg is in fact the youngest billionaire, but he was rude. he was so intelligent to the point where you feel like you should hide under a rock every time he talked because you cant even think of what to say back to such an intellectual comment. on the other hand, eduardo, who is the co-founder on facebook got jipped majorly. i am IN LOVE with the actor who plays him, andrew garfield. it was said in the movie that mark would of had to write tens of thousands of codes to make this site work, how does that statement alone not make this whole idea of facebook insane? point being, i am in love with this movie to the point where as soon as i got home, i googled everything from the actors to the little tidbits in the movie.

Im so excited. This, other than shaken ice tea lemonade, is my favorite drink from the bux! Its rainy today so i thought it suited the weather well. Reminds me of October =)

Naughty Mixie

Mixie ( thats Mia and Maxie [my old dog] mixed. My sister and I think Mia is Maxie incarnated. Weird? I think so) has been a very bad girl lately! First, she chewed the little random pillar up. I was terrified to tell my dad! Haha and she also chewed the newly painted corner of the bigger pillar in the foyer. Baby Mia is not learning her lesson! Maybe she is, see how sad she looks in the 3rd picture? And the other 2 pictures...oh my. She was playing with that bag right before I went into the shower. When I came out that little rascal was just sitting there with it around her neck! Obviously she didnt know what to do. I was dying, she is so funny! Poor thing couldnt get it off. It was even a struggle for me.
